Downloading Skype

You need a PC running Windows 2000 or XP. Start download again, if you did not click above.

 

Save the application

Be sure to remember where you saved the file – the desktop might be a good place.

Open the file from the Mozilla Downloads window. (Alternatively, you could open it from your desktop.)

 

Follow the Setup Wizard

When the download has finished, the Skype Setup Wizard will appear and guide you through the rest of the installation.

 

Launch Skype

After the installation has finished, you can open Skype at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or in your system tray.

Call phones anywhere in the world at great low rates – and your first call is free. And don’t forget Skype-to-Skype calls are free and always will be.
